Hackers Gone Wild in China?

North Korea is accused of hacking into Sony.com. Then, South Korea gets hacked. And now, Japanses back accounts are allegedly hacked and looted out of millions. What's going on with all this hacking? Is this a case of hackers gone wild, or "hackers on steriods?" Chinese hackers are now reported to be pressing their way into Japanese banks. And, they're allegedly doing it on the web. When will the hacking nonsense cease and desist?
