Medical #Marijuana in #Delaware? Oh Really?

The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) made quite an eye-catching post this morning on Facebook.com. On their Facebook fanpage, DHSS says: "To clarify, Delaware's Medical Marijuana Program allows for one compassion center, which has been issued a state permit for Germay Drive near Wilmington. Adults with medical conditions that qualify under the law must apply for a medical marijuana registry card through DHSS' Division of Public Health.
