More Negatives on Customer Service A Hibachi Supreme Buffet and Grill waitress did her job today the first time around serving a glass of water and clearing the table. After the first waitress cleared the table, she didn’t return afterwards. More than 2 empty plates were left at the table, as another waitress standing nearby noticed and did nothing. Do waitresses on Kirkwood Highway’s Hibachi Grill do this to customers that fail to leave a tip? Looks like it possibly. The waitress that stood by and did nothing was the waitress in the end to stop by the table and serve the buffet lunch bill for $7.99.
