A man has been allegedly shot tonight in front of Casbar in South Wilmington. Who did it and what was the motive? When will Delawareonline.com report this? Update on the shooting - A credible source reports: "He was shot in the butt, he will be ok, it happened right on the corner. Said the shooter then tried to run him over and the police got him."
