This video was uploaded to Facebook.com by a second person who managed to successfully catch the man in broad daylight on camera. He stands still and looks like he's answering questions. He's also an example of someone who can possibly recover from alleged drug use and be a better person. Unfortunately, the man in this video in what looks like a liquor store on the eastside of Wilmington, Delaware has already been arrested by the Wilmington Police department. Hopefully, his lewd conduct in public serves as an example to stay away from drugs.
