Cooking Scallops the Natural Way

Scallops make one of the most delicious and protein-rich meals to consume anytime of the day. It's a virtual fat-free seafood great for making burritos, consuming with specialty sauce, adding in burritos, a great addition to seasoned herbed rice, and more. Did you know you can prepare scallops to healthy way by steaming them in a steaming pot? All you have to do is place the scallops in a pot that has holes, place water in the bottom of the pot, put the lid over top of the pot, and allow them to steam for 20 min. Once scallops are fully cooked, simply season them to your likening and enjoy.
