Exercise in the Morning is a Good Thing

Most people are not thinking about exercise in the morning because their minds or already preset to wake up, get me shallow, get dressed, take the kids to school, then head off to work. Did you know exercising in the morning can possibly lead to a better work date and increased feelings of happiness? Did you know when you do cardio and exercise first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, your body will continue to burn unhealthy fat calories throughout the day without additional exercise and cardio? Exercise in the morning is a very good thing. If you haven't yet tried it, now is the time to get a head start in making healthy changes before the new year.
