ING New York City Marathon a "Success"

On November 1, 2013 in New York City, thousands of marathon runners lined up at the start line to walk, jog and run from one borough of New York to the next. It's estimated 48,000 marathon runners in New York City were in attendance. It said the oldest marathon runner in attendance was 93 years old. If you've never completed a 13.1 half marathon or 26.2 mile full marathon, make it a priority somewhere in life to achieve that goal in your life transformation. There is a beautiful feeling associated with crossing the finish line, as you may possibly feel "natural euphoria," better known as "runners high."
