Nathan's restaurant of Coney Island Brooklyn continues to be a successful family business almost 100 years after inception. Believe it or not, many people drive hundreds of miles to Coney Island Brooklyn just to enjoy the wonderful taste of Nathan's. Located on surf Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, Nathan Handwerker was a new immigrant to New York City and started his hot dog cart business exactly on the corner of Surf and Stillwell Avenue. Handwerker started his hotdog business after being challenged by someone with a mere $300 to his life savings. Today, though he's no longer around, people still get to enjoy the wonderful taste of his food in Brooklyn. People across the world today loved Nathan's famous food. Only challenge is, Nathan's famous restaurants are not available in all 50 states.
