It was a sad and unfortunate thing that happened to those motorists in New York City, getting beat down by a gang of bikers. One of them was an undercover NYPD officer, only 32 years old. Another officer allegedly came forward to speak about the incident, and is possibly a member of the NYPD internal affairs. Who is it? YaHoO! reports
