Desperation or Inspiration: #Colorado #Employers and #MedicalMarijuana


What if an employee has a medical marijuana card for legally smoking pot in Colorado and an employer wants to fire someone with a medical marijuana card just to single them out? What if an employee who smokes medical marijuana has a serious health condition and feels they can get by daily by smoking it, and does a better job than fellow co-workers? If an employer in Colorado terminates someone's employment at will due to medical marijuana use, does that make the employer look desperate or justified in terminating the employee? You be the judge.
