Incest: Is it Ok to Do Hanky Panky With a Cousin?

Some people think it's ok to mess with a 2nd or 3rd cousin. Or just a cousin in general. While the taboo topic of incest is widely discussed and highly practiced in most southern states, incest is not ok. Especially when it occurs among family. The end result of incest could be lifetime reputation blemish, possible incest pregnancy, and an incestous relationship that leaves 2 family members thinking possibly about marriage or having kids together. Incest is not ok. It leaves the person not mentally capable of thinking straight. Do you agree?
